  • Where are the orders being shipped from?

  • Modify or cancel your order

    You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. Contact our customer support team at mail
    After 24 hours, it will be too late to make any changes to your order as it will already be in production.

  • What is your return policy?

    Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns of any kind. However, your satisfaction is our priority so we’ll work with you to find a solution and make sure you are happy. 
    we do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy.
    In rare instances, you may receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product. When this happens, we’ll replace or refund your purchase to ensure your 100% satisfaction.

  • How long does delivery take?

    All our products are custom-printed and handmade. Depending on the number of orders we are currently processing, it will take between 2 to 5 days to produce your products.
    Our estimated shipping time is between 2 and 4 weeks.However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be delays with your order and it could take between 4 and 6 weeks for your package to arrive.

  • What do i do if my order is damaged or has a defect?

    Your satisfaction is our priority. And while all of our products are carefully inspected before shipment, sometimes things slip through the cracks. 
    So if your order is flawed, damaged, of poor-quality, or incorrect in any way, we’ll reprint and send you a new one free of charge.
